About The Library.
The library is a collection of journal entries detailing the lived experience of the author Nocta on her healing journey though trauma and grief. The journey with mental illness and grief is not an easy one, thus the desire to create a space where all are welcome to rest and find peace.
Since I was a child I have known my purpose was to walk through the darkest parts of the soul to bring understanding, acceptance and healing to the most broken parts of ourselves. My interest in psychology began young when I struggled with my own demons and sought answers to understand what I was going through. I have since found many ways to combine the spiritual and psychological realms of the human experience. Thus began my practice blending shadow work and my knowledge of the human psyche.
I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and have four years experience reading tarot professionally at local metaphysical shops and psychic fairs. I take inspiration from Carl Jung and the many mentors around me who have helped me grow along my path. I offer personalized shadow work readings for any who wish to take that step and start their own shadow work journey or further expand upon their own practice.
